Promotion and appraisal ,after getting 3.99 why 4% hike in salary, here no place for employees where they can share their problems,,, only manager is given priority no sale person value...here some people getting company's juce and other paying their labour

I dislike about working at Senco Gold is Incentive policy and timings. Most of the time we people don't get which month insensitive we are getting. It takes long time to get credited. For some time we are going to forget about incentive. I would like to inform that I was selected for Dubai but unfortunately I didn't have passport. So could not go there. However when I got passport but I didn't get any chance for same. Actually I wanted to be shining internationally with our respected organisation and growing up worldwide with it. Even our respected CHRO Ms. Subhashree Sengupta told Mr. Subhajit Ghosal that " do not ask any question about this guy, just send him." after having interview. Anyway I still have hope for same...

Salary is to much low and incentive payment always pending,long time duty hours,and specially everyday voult opening and closing its a vry taff work for every staff specially for every women,highly restrictions, every day working time 10 hours but not attached with family,give some minitis but it's not enough for fmly person ,

Salary on time , give us very good learning opportunity, medical facilities for our family and always encourage us to upgrade our self .

No dislike for senco gold. But there will be more dislikes for the branch managers , what is MO for to increase number in zinc portal it is my first question and second is shifting .comeing in 10:30 am to 10:00pm only work no time for family. Family first to whom we are working for. I have a request sir please please take a action on it. because this pain is not only mine it is entire group level employees pain .

...t to inform you that the company is very good. And working culture is also good. But my salary is too low.

I would like to inform you that my salary here is at with the sales staff. Whereas during the interview something else was discussed. Whereas my last salary was 45150 and the Gross salary offered to me is 33800/- you are requested to offer the salary pakage as per the grading and post. And please resolve my salary issues. Due to low salary, I'm not able to fulfill the needs of my family.
