New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Salary is very low as per grade. We got the promotion on time but salary increment not. One of the dislike poin is resignation Mostly staff are giving resignation due to 2 reasons 1st is salary and 2nd is Harasment, our seniors behavior is bad they harass us instead of support, they demotivate us every time that's why we choose another options and when anyone resigned they never ask them the reason of resignation and never try to resolve their issue.
