Nothing all of the staffs r very rude they shows infront of customer that they r very nice to everyone that they r like a team but it's not like it is they r too rude jealousy on one another always ready to put others down

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They provide just one month salary for work from home but that's not free . We gave profit to the Company for that.

Everything going good until death of honourable MD. After his death company changed 190 degrees. The Hr and the management are suddenly acting like the boss of the Company. They start to do politics for their favor.

...hise.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor & no career growth . There is no job sequrity, no pf & other benifits.

Salary always on time. Boss is Great. But whenever you leave this company then u get zero salary, or unnecessary deduction on it.

Senior Management are totally worst. Dirty politics & Negative Vibes, Zero% Appreciations, He thoughts sales man is donkey, In senco .. personal life is nothing. leave u have Like - PL/ SL/CL if you take leave then u have 2 adjust ur week off. Like Leave policy Zero...
