There has lots of problems, like unskilled management, no scope for future development, in fact salary was pending for more than 6 months..

...t so good, job security is average, management is base upon directors decisions. Company did not cut any amount of salary during lockdown period of covid 19 pandemic.

Dislikes

Slow career growth and salary growth, staffs is quite disappointed with management. There is no work and life balance. No offday has been issued in a week. There is no safety issues maintained in site job.

Likes

Nothing. Gathering of all humbug people. Management keeps pending salaries of employees month after months, even year after years. Company is running in accute financial crisis. Have no respect or values for the new employees. Bad behaviour in office. Only lobby works. Worst experience in my entire career.

Dislikes

Whole system is full of worst ideas and autocracy of top management.
