Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I dont like anything. Especially in Italian plant - mostly fake people (except few). Austria colleagues are better than Italian colleagues.

Dislikes

They hired me to transfer all the hose constructions and technical details from Italian plant to newly created plant in Czech, once they got all things they fired me, not only me many people and in few months they sold the Italian plant.
