Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Worst company ever to work with. Its basically a japanese company with japanese culture. Timings are very strict, 8am to 5pm, 6 working days. Not a single minute late is allowed. Above all of that, HR is the SNAKE and also an most idiot person i ever met in my life. For every small thing there are rules in the company, for tea break, lunch break, susu break etc. Being myself on the top of management, i left the company within 6 months. Even the Indian Director of the company left the company. And new Idiot director got hired. So basically i can't explain you more, think thousands time before joining this company.
