Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...ual parties. Training is given in abroad depending on the project and equipment. Job security, career growth, salary (presently 7th pay followed), etc. are in defence lab manner. Employees are from different parts of the country, work with high tech equipment, develop the devices as a team in good work environment.

When it comes to the promotion, as the top positions are limited, a talented officer also does not get the promotion. Since it is a government organisation, only seniority is seen than the hard work, dedication ant talent for promotion.
