Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Most baised company. There is no hearing for any issue. Here HODs cannot be removed from their post so they work as a pathetic bureaucratic way.

Nothing everything is toxic here, HR is not supportive and have no say.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance. 2. No flexibility though thus trap is used effectively by HR. 3. Rude bosses with zero practical knowledge. 4. Different set of rules for different people.

The worst company I've been worked with. The culture and work life balance is worst. HR doesn't exist in this company. No job security, your line manager or HOD can fire you whenever they wanted to.
