... have minimum knowledge , HR People are worst , There is no work life balance Pay is less Full of politics Promotions are based on how much butter you add to your boss not on real talent. I feel better to sit at home instead of working at sembcorp

Timely salary .two days in week..security of job and company follow ethics.

No growth in technical and carrier and future projects. Company trying to sell the thermal unit due to corban emissions. After 10 years of experience still doing basic jobs.
