Owners are so fools that you can make them fools very easily. Politics is very high so if you are good in it and you are expert in bitching and tell everything to owner then your job is safe.

Owner behaviour is not good...he want achieve 85% oee in just few days while all accessories are not good.. if he hire 1 person than want him every thing..no any culture in company ..if you want destroy your future than join selzer other wise don't join there.... company culture is not good.. selzer factory location is so long from kanpur City approximately 30 km one side..if any person join 9 hr duty than it will more than 12 hrs...
