OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE AS A SALES COORDINATOR , TEAM WORKS TOGETHER SENIORS ARE ALSO SUPPORTIVE AND READY TO HELP U OUT IN ALL SITUATION .

Dislikes

Mostly want I felt a bit uncertain was I didn't get confirmation even after getting Praise in front of entire team that too be n number of times .... But the excuse was very lame to digest ... That as the one person working along who was older than me in system wasn't compitant enough to give her confirmation ....they can't confm me... which I hated the most.

Selvel Media is a family owned company run by a Parsi family. Working in Selvel we get a family feeling as owners are very concerned about the staffs welfare and personal problems.

Dislikes

Professionalism in HR is a problem. Their blue eyed staff are always recognized and rewarded.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
