...d both of them didn't get their payment for 2 months which was around 5.7 lakhs. Moreover all their health staffs including consultants, nurses , gda all were not paid their salary for about 6 months. Management is the worst and patient care is also very poor. After asking from their prior staffs and doctors we also got to know, this is not one incident . The owner, Mr Subhash Chandra Gupta does this to everyone. Many respected doctors were conned here, working their blood and sweat here, didn't get their salary. One of our most respected sir, Dr Bibhuti Bhusan gave his valuable time here and was forced to resign. And the amount is not of 5-6 days, it's over 2 months. If the hospital cannot afford, why do they employ the staffs, better open a chai shop and sell tea with biscuits. Ironically Running a Hospital is not their cup of tea. So I request everyone please don't seek employment here also don't admit your patient here also. Please think ten times before you enter this hospital. If anyone can take any legal actions against them , please do. I am writing this with great sorrow and disappointment as I have not seen any cheap hospital than this.

It's overall a great experience. You are satisfied with what you are doing and answerable to none. You are the judge of your own contribution and development.

Internal Politics at higher end. Working hours are not restricted to 9:30 to 6:30. You will have to work from 7:30 morning to 11:30 late night. It's normal work culture if you are talking care of bancasurance vertical. Random zoom meeting and concalls are way of life. You should be hyper active on WhatsApp to get short notice as much as 5 minutes short.
