I have freedom to motivate and lead the class to achieve success, i am the boss of my institution.

Despite of my efforts students are not focusing on studies, may be the faulty syllabus or may be the slum environment which stops them

Its a good thing having yourself at your point and handling things in your way makes the work more easier. Can also adjust timing on our own way

Dislikes

Its sometimes hard on an individual to manage everything at a same time. Also not getting paid off on time which makes the situation more irritating

I feel myself lucky & proud because I'm directing the students to be a part of righteousness and holiness towards education with hardworks & sincerity. I feel so lucky within myself as God bless me with this opportunity to be a Good Teacher and Mentor for the students. I'm Grateful for their Love & Respect towards me.. I will always remember to give my Bestest in this educational field with all my dedication and hard work.

Dislikes

You can't take breaks because you are the only owner & responsible for this field development . But i really like it because here I'm the Boss & Emperor of my well maintained army of lighting education.

When kids nparents dont coperate as we say.n blame teacher if scored less. Which is wrong from our side we give input but if output is bad its not our fault,but we r blamed n insulted..its did appoints me a lot.
