Good work environment and culture.I really learn a More Thing's in selectsys company. While I'm working in selectsys. What is what I learnt. Good management. Company policies are Nice

Not bad , but salary is less

Compensation is very good in terms of payment and insensitives. No company can ever pays to employees that much of insensitives.

Dislikes

Company and management is excellent but except one manager Mustafa Kamal Hussain, unfortunately if you under his team probably you can survive for only two weeks hardly. Other than this manager, this company awesome and growing everyday.

Freedom..After completing the work even TL don't ask even enjoy or sleep

One of the drawback is worst maintenance in office premises and they switch between multiple projects because u don't handle that..
