Horrible work culture, No Career growth option, as the Top management has the most leverage and are the active Sharks who hardly allow the small fishes to grow, Highly politicised work environment. No job security at all until unless you devote yourself to one of the seniors, who has nothing to-do except the politics.I Can even name the people who are spoiling the entire system of the Individual property/Business.
