Yes.. i like but in selec their is not giving opportunity to progress and perform well..ur performance is very good then not giving a satisfies payment as well as career growth not given by campany.

There is a lot of politics in management.. salary is very low .there is a bond of 3 year but after that campany can not able to permanent that person in campany they only do change the person contract this will not good..

...ng. zero job security , even for a receptionist, NO culture for appreciation promises not fulfilled on time for Bonus, incentives, etc. Bottom Line keep this as A last resort to work for , Even in production plants.
