Selected is a very good company to fresh start as well as for long term because of it is rapidly growing company. Work life balance cooperatives seniors and normal work pressure

Yes.. i like but in selec their is not giving opportunity to progress and perform well..ur performance is very good then not giving a satisfies payment as well as career growth not given by campany.

There is a lot of politics in management.. salary is very low .there is a bond of 3 year but after that campany can not able to permanent that person in campany they only do change the person contract this will not good..
