Compensation is descent but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day

Yes.. i like but in selec their is not giving opportunity to progress and perform well..ur performance is very good then not giving a satisfies payment as well as career growth not given by campany.

There is a lot of politics in management.. salary is very low .there is a bond of 3 year but after that campany can not able to permanent that person in campany they only do change the person contract this will not good..
