The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am apart of a team that markets reliable, High quality products and has a global cilent base .As aresult, l travel abroad, especially to the U.S. and Canada. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

CONSTRUCTION is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as l heve to attend client calls in the Evening and sometimes late into the night mergers do not velue individual s unique strengths,which is why I take beck my suggestions.

Likes

The job profile and every supporting staff within the organization helps in making you a part of the company. You were always contributing towards the working. Even with weird working hours always satisfied with the job, cause you were actually contributing towards the working and any short comings had reprecurssions. Hiring policy is also simply and avoids all recruitment nonsense.

Dislikes

The top level managers are not approachable, they are people you could lookup for knowledge and guidance but not anyone who you could consider as a coach. Internal politics supercede egoistic nature of managers, and at times of a crisis they are ones makes situation worst rather then being drivers to change.
