New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent and growth is good. The work pressure is normal. I have to work 8-9 hours in a day.I have to attend call in duty time. No Bessy life. Good growth and good management and good facility in the company.

When i'm starting in this job in a Raw material 'm think that this grow me and towards my future growth but after 1 year i better know that this is not according to my thinking. promotion is after 2 years, salary is very less, work load is no more, no strees in this job, all employees mainly girls are in always into there mobile phones and their seniors not say anything to hers.
