I like infrastructure of company . IT department is too good, software ERP is used in this company. Easy to make sale order etc.

Dislikes

Salary is low that i dislike. Some few senior in a department not taking the respinsiblity of his own work that has been done , they put own work to their junior that are working at low level and blaming them why this not has been done yet. Everyone has his own responsiblity of his work. Rest is good.

There is no burden of work. No interference of MD and CEO in employees working. The work environment is safe.

Dislikes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I am part of the team

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is good. The work pressure is normal. I have to work 8-9 hours in a day.I have to attend call in duty time. No Bessy life. Good growth and good management and good facility in the company.

When i'm starting in this job in a Raw material 'm think that this grow me and towards my future growth but after 1 year i better know that this is not according to my thinking. promotion is after 2 years, salary is very less, work load is no more, no strees in this job, all employees mainly girls are in always into there mobile phones and their seniors not say anything to hers.

Dislikes

salary structure, promotion is very late mainly after 2 years, no work so, not to learn new things.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
