New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No likes about because of the not employee setisfaction, no safety,no any other facilities about any accident and shop floor position and environment not good. Management not good behavior with employees.

Terrible Experience, here are only mentally -Harassment and high pressure only for primary.

...organization.. They are not provide traveling Allowances and D.A. to employee. Not provide salary-slip and PF details also. Here are ASM and Sales-Officer are third party-role but company said that you are on- roll. H.R. and management making fool to needy employees....

The middle management is worst because every time they give false commitments. Even they dont provide employees there appointment letter salary slip and P. F detail . If call to H. R. They will dont antertain and ask to talk with senior boss.
