...organization.. They are not provide traveling Allowances and D.A. to employee. Not provide salary-slip and PF details also. Here are ASM and Sales-Officer are third party-role but company said that you are on- roll. H.R. and management making fool to needy employees....

Work culture is very conservative they are not employee oriented. They want to cut salary any how. Not understand employee requirement

...level management playing politics among employee. Even there is no job security. Not understand employees situation just believe to cut salary.

The middle management is worst because every time they give false commitments. Even they dont provide employees there appointment letter salary slip and P. F detail . If call to H. R. They will dont antertain and ask to talk with senior boss.
