I Have never seen before like this company very 3rd class management and Hr Salary structure is very poor depends on your present days and cutting is more than you didn't think don't join if have any offers

... much Paper work ( job cards )has to complete while working on the machines. Salary structure is not good . Not cleared correctly to new comers most of them unaware of deductions and take-away salary. That is lower as compared to work loads.

They advertise for jobs in their Company and post high salary . Example 12000- 18000/- But 95% candidate get 12000 and rest of 5% get 13000 thousands...in result candidate feel cheat.

...own so talking about growth I m not sure because I m not spent many more time. about sallery annum package wants to increase, work environment good still i m working there ,innovative ideas has come from many employees,I don’t think much about politics. overall about company is good in all sectors

Work Environment for freshers as well as experienced operator is Very Good. Good Knowledgable training is provided to Freshers or New Operators Setting Programming is also taught ahead of time No Break/period system , So job Security is healthy long Incentives facility leads to grow salary almost by 40-60 % each month
