Get to learn something new every day.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

Salary is not great as work . No fix timing Senior members are not supportive

The management of the Sehgal foundation is not good . Field staff is very greedy and also they have not any about that.

They have experts in each domain which could translate into quality work but i found that support from other domain experts are missing

salary we can get in time, before 27th of evry month, tra can be claimed easily, work environment is good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
