Nothing to like … only cofee was good

Dislikes

...If you don’t give sale within one month they will fire you without any notice. They don’t want employee on salary based. They just only want freelancers just on comission . Also they have to work 10 to 7pm. TL were not supported. So pathetic poltics . Only promoto nepotism.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
