Likes

There is a lot of growth for new comers and the salaries offered are also very good. There is no discrimination among the employees. The work environment and the factory premises is very good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of work pressure since it is a seasonal product manufacturing company. Sometimes, I work like 15-16 hours a day to meet the company's requirements. There is no on-job training provided for the new comers.
