The company is a leading stock broking company so getting lots of opportunity for learning here..as a team we eccepted many challenges in my carrier and we have done all challenges successfully so as a team I have learned alot..my colleagues very supporting and as a colleagues I'm so happy for that being a part of this company. Growth is very slow.work pressure is so high, I do receive appreciation email from my senior my team mates but thay mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. I have awarded as star performar many times but haven't salary increment.. which is so painful

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
