Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Salary not on time the salary day will be dragged to end of the month, don't know the meaning of work-life balance, no job security, if the employee come to office 9:35am 150rs will be deducted from the salary.

Honestly I was beyond excited to work in seehash I found it to be a challenging fast paced job with rapid opportunities. I feel that certain areas lack integrity but generally there are excellent training programs that allows their employees to take.

Good place to learn and grow. Company is working on latest technologies and very technologically advanced than most start-ups. Successfully deployed many projects in Node JS platform. which not many companies in India are doing.
