Work Environment is good. Teammates leader and supervisors are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair all are good in their behaviour and also they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

The management system is good but working hours are more that was disadvantage for me and salary is decent but career growth is slow.

In the pandemic covid 19 situation sedemac mectronics providing equal job opportunity to all and on time salary , Excellent management, quality brand products eco friendly work environment, Unfortunately I am working in contract bases

If you have skills knowledge experience they are not gave you permanent bases job opportunity only short period off time but they gave equal opportunity to all

The most important thing in SEDEMAC is that the company is always open to adopt new technology. SEDEMAC is a very fast growing company in terms of ternover, employee strength etc.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not as per the industry standard. In many cases, engineer's salary is higher than the manager's salary. This will impact towards the dissatisfaction of employees. There are many cases wherein employees are not getting the KPA/KRA letters. Because of this, at the end of FY, when HR requests self assesment forms from every induvidual it is very difficult for a person to fill that form because he/she has not received KPA/KRA letters. How employee calculates his/her performance. As a SEDEMAC I am not satisfied with above mentioned points.

There work culture supervisor is not behaving not good with employees Night shift Leaves problem they didn't give leaves easily to employee

Work Life balance , overall good culture, teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

...but now a days giving chance to people who are coming from reputed institutions. Salary hike is bad also HR policies are worst. Management doesn't address the issues.
