1. Appraisal isn't a fare business. 2. Supervisor don't have anything to do for employee development or don't give a damn for future wellbeing. 3. Interacting with company HR and management verticals feels like talking to walls. Earlier I used to think HR is someone who helps employees for concerns they have, but SecurView changed my view completely, all HR do here is to manipulate employees as per company benifits. HR believes and process as Supervisor says and have nothing to do with employee medical reasons or literally anything. 4. Yoy don't get release before completing 90 days, no matter if there is provision for 30 days release by paying 2 months advance. I don't know why even there is such clause. No matter if you fall on HR feet or pray to them,they won't give it a damn. 5. What to say about hike n appraisal, Supervisor says company don't have budget, (How other people in same team and among his favourites gets awesome jaw dropping hike, is a topic of research I believe) 6. I am writing after confirming situation of other people employed with same company and in other projects. 7. Attrition rate is too high, what more to say, even CEO, Head HR and Finance Head left the company. So, join at your own risk but Never expect anything in any aspect as you'll get disappointment only.

All fields including recruitment policy. Most of the employees working here are of relatives or close ones of management and senior team. Giving appraisals and new projects to their own team only. Bad culture overall. Timings are strict like, if we late for one minute for continuous 3 days, they will cut our EL.

Worst place for job, there is no working environment, HR doesn't have professionalism with employees, worst leader I have ever seen.

HR teams , management, many girls are facing humiliation also they got depressed.

HR won't reply to any inquiries, won't provide accurate project information, won't care about employees before recruiting, and won't bother to provide many employment assurances after a project's term.

Management is inadequate
