Management, bull shit management. They dont know how to run a company, there are few managers who doesnt respect their position and others. They will hire candidates from India and once they join leaving their well established job in India and shift everything to UAE to join this company and one fine day Manager will ask the candidate to leave the job. If you are your managers favourites then you are saved. If you want to leave the company its difficult as they will ask you to sign various papers which is not at all required and illegal still this company will ask to sign else your FNF will not be processed. They even ask you to sign a paper which mentions that after leaving the company you will not review anything bad about the company in social media. They very well know the company image and hence they ask you to do all these things. There are lot to write but better to stop as this space will be insufficient for the same.

Well, to be honest there is no sense of security at all, job is vulnerable. I had been on vacation since Jan 2020 till March 02 2020 and due to some perosnel reasons I had to extend my leave till April 2020. Unfortunately due to covid 19 lockdwn was put in place all over the world, but company hasn't supported all this time Infact they issued a termination letter and hasn't cleared all my dues.

Nothing is there to say good thing about this company. They are treating the employee like slave.

Never ever seen or hear such a worst HR department.because of the HR / Management harassment if you are putting down the paper ,they will lose your happines when you are joining to the other company in the UAE.They are forcing the employee to sign on the 2Years bond to dont work in any other ICT companies in UAE.People afraid because of they are playing on VISA cancellation process ,so employee forced to sign on the bond. I think some employees who were not ready for the bond already given case against to the company .My perspective I can give only one star out of 10.
