I dislike the way of working, as I am engg. in securens but sometimes works as like technician or below technician, just only worker

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are low but good packages for new joinings and MD is best and down to earth

...he management take more time to solve the issues continuous remainders required. Salary is decent if any deductions happen no one is going to answer. One can learn number of thing

I have a very bad experience of securens system in this COVID 19 Lockdown they did not provide any kind of job security. Also cant pay the reimbursement of employee in this bad situation

Not a proper management and salary issue also they also don't give proper increment due to which people are resigning for every month
