Very bad experience company higher management not good Sandeep Malik DGM of secure value Gurgaon talking with employees in very bad language if any employee asking about salary Sandeep Malik said terminate this employee

Salary coming in our account after 3 to 4 months or salary deduction rate very high very bad language of seniors very bad politics in company by Ravinder Kumar, Jitender Bahadur or Sandeep malik

Lots of learn from Secure but sometime we need to look our self what we are doing because afterall we all are require some good opportunities and obvious for good earnings

There are so many problems while working there.. They will ask you to pay some amount while you reliving from there.. If you say you won't pay they will file FIR on you, saying that you theft money on the Atm.. Pls don't work here..

Balance in work and personal life but not for all level.

There's always delay in salary. Employees are not also getting conveyance reimbursement which is highly demotivating. Increment is also not satisfactory. Being a public ltd company, this kind of management and behaviour towards employees is intolerable. At the time of joining, I was told that I'll get off on 2nd and 4th Saturday but after joining, I was told to work 6 days a week.

No any improvement and satisfaction because this company in no proper management and not thing for employees improvement and development.

Not properly in time salary, no increment,not proper management,and not support to employees work documents current each time.
