Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I initiated some improvement.But the old people not allowed to work inside.They not have the capacity to protect their Manager operation itself.Cheating management.Given appointment order in one company name but worked other Name Zircon.Gratuity not given their old employees.Frquently terminates service and get a sign from the people.
