I have worked here last 6 years, still haven't face any issues with Management, Salary hikes and other stuffs. It was great company to work and moreover best place to learn and get in touch with new market leading security products, In one word best place to work here..

This is my 1st company i learnt a lot. You can learn and practice as much as possible in your free time You can get good knowledgeable people and friends Job security is excellent You can explore many domains related to security

...help and he will treat you like useless in front of others Poor work management. They expect you to work all the day 24/7 with their mental useless customers for ultra low salary. Useless HR team. They won't provide shift allowance for working in Sunday's or extra late hours.

... working or not, not even considered single employees issue. Waste crm system. The management sucking employees time and work and giving low salary. They even don't know how to treat the employee. Mgmt Expecting to stay and work in office 24/7 , there is no personal space. Not only they earning money from client but also employees in terms of bond, some late or intresting fine , +gst and all. Only the good point is Mgmt Teating Women employees well.

Work pressure , unreliable management, bond for 3 or 4 yrs, bond breakage fee 1.5 lakhs+gst

My first company and it was the best till date. Helpful and supportive team. Good learning opportunities. Even though slight politics is there, you will not notice it much.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is low for initial years. Have to work on alternative Saturdays. Some times the work timings can extend till late night.

Pls have a Uniform Variable Incentive policy for sales & sales leadership . Secondly as business expands from a small to a large one , the structures that once worked may no longer support future growth . For any organization to thrive , entrepreneurs must be attuned to the moments when stagnation or complacency starts to set in . Its very crucial to confront these challenges head-on-reorganize , redesign , and make the necessary changes to keep the company agile and ready for the next phase of growth . Investments in SALES are very much needed to attract new TALENTS .
