The company is very good regarding work life balance. Salary is little bit low compare to other organization but more than enough for Udaipur. Work environment is good.Job security also very good point. If you from Rajasthan state then it will be very good organization.

The opportunity to learn and enhance your skills. Job security is very good. 5 day working if your are working with NPD. Work life balance is good.

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Salary levels should be at par with the industry. Also specific areas being paid low while many others being paid really high creates an imbalance and dissatisfaction among people with same experience levels and same designations
