Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Mechanical Developer
Qualification: B.tech in Mechanical engineering
Experience: 2 to 7 years
1. Experience as a Design Engineer in Metal & Plastic parts
2. Experience using CAD software Solid Works
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD & Corel Draw
4. 2D and 3D drawings
5. Hands on experience on Data management of projects
6. Design & developed jigs and fixture for production lines
7. Design and improve the process/product layout in AutoCAD 2D
8. Knowledge of Lean terminology used in production like FMEA, TPM, KAIZEN, JIT, 5S.

What you will learn?

• Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Corel Draw, and SolidWorks.
  
• Create detailed drawings and models for machinery parts and equipment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product designs and improve existing ones.
  
• Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  
• Develop technical documentation of designs including specifications, tolerances, materials, etc.
