...y for a fresher not from IT , great for electronics and electrical candidates. Very limited growth opportunities in IT and terrible compensation with poor increments. Job security is great as the expectations would not be much and is a product based company.

Secure work culture is good but salary level not benchmark to other mnc company.

Secure appraisal system is not transparent and promotion and role change also not consistent as employee desired. Without experience your role will be not changed , when you ask to assign new role.

The opportunity to learn and enhance your skills. Job security is very good. 5 day working if your are working with NPD. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Good MNC with global presence while operating from beautiful city of Lakes, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Focusses on skill building and learning of employees

Salary levels should be at par with the industry. Also specific areas being paid low while many others being paid really high creates an imbalance and dissatisfaction among people with same experience levels and same designations

Overall good work life balance but the main thing the salary structure which not as per market standards.

Salary structure and employees beneficiary schemes Employee insurance is own by company, there is no any TPA or no any insurance company linked, no cashless card as per other companies have.
