The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

1. The management is too rigid and having old school mindset. For Example - Bus service for employees commute is mandatory here. For employee band D Car pool is allowed. For level C and above only you can bring your car in the company premises. Even if you bring your car and park outside the company boundary still admin create obstruction. The company doesn't have feelings that how anyone will go in between office hours in case of any emergency/ urgency. This company is situated far from city so cabs are also not an option. They give lame excuse that it is for less CO2 emissions, but this must not be forceful. Employee should have choice how to come company. Daily joining for car pool for going company is really a headache. For Net Zero emissions company can have several other opportunities, instead of this forceful car pool and bus facility. 2. One man show i.e. what the owner decide will be implemented irrespective of the right or wrong. 3. Strict 3 months notice period (No negotiation). Etc. 4. Saturday fix working. Less Number of Holidays. HR never tell these hidden things before joining.
