Dislikes

Salary increments are very unjustified even in case promotions. Promotions is not the indicator for salary basket. No policies for trainings, medical benefits of family member etc. No flexible hours.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that from my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re hire policy here.

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.
