I like the most in this company is working culture.The management and the system of this organization is very much helpfull to give us chance to bost our technical skill in right direction.

Long training period is around one year as trainee.

Zero management. Manager used to torture me to stay late by using ceo's name. They have their favorites. Manager wont tell them anything if they are late but if you are not among their favorites management will trouble you in every way. One dev even slapped the tester because of frustration and they did nothing as he was one of their senior developer and among their favorites. Even I resigned because of their mental torture. They provided me my relieving letter after 2 months i resigned from that company, and between this time, whenever I called them regarding the same they told me it needs CTO's sign on relieving letter and he is not in town, while between he visited the town more that 5 times which I came to know with my friend which were working there. Even when they provided me the relieving letter that was filled with wrong details and when I asked them to improve that, they made improvements with pen on that. Very cheap category place. They never stick to their words. The only thing which good happened to me there is that i made some very good friends.
