Overall okay pay very low you cant manage without your family support in Chennai. For freshers its okay to get job in cyber security field. You can expand your knowledge its right place for you.

To Secure Application: Try to give at-least 1.00 Lacs package for freshers and reliving time don't give too much pressure for employee. Important thing is give equal opportunity for all domains for freshers don't judge anyone this person not suitable for that position without giving any chance.
