It's completely biased organisation,only management relatives and their friends get promoted.They terminate people if they don't like personally but not on performance.S24 India office just like a grocery shop in a village corner.

It's just been three months and facing challenge s , because of Manager and before even completeing 3 months , makeing feel insecure , please don't join this company , it's not a big company and not organised with limited Support and no job guarantee, if you question about any thing they will remove you from the job

No proper support about process and company, is very small and only suits for Freshers, if you can satisfy the managers and team leads , Ego then you will survive in the company
