Absolutely nothing worst company ever

Management. Finding ways to not pay employees their notice period salary. put the employees in PiP in hopes that the employee leaves. Never nice to employees who are leaving. The buggest manipulators and liars. HR manager stinks and always have gutka stuck in his teeth. The Junior HR is rude. They dont have the money to run the company offline. They refuse to pay employees more who want to move to Hyderabad to work from office. They say very few opportunities to meet offline because managment only doesnt allow meeting offline. They dont like people grouping up.

Good for freshers learning new products in the field of IAM. Emphasis on work life balance. Good visibility within the company.

Dislikes

...rk on internal things like blog writing, documentation, and internal projects. Poor salary. Zero visibility on company workings. Company makes up policies as they wish and don't care what employees have to say. Late night work depending on project. But no compensation for that.

I want to say that the COO(M) and the Director (F) of the company should be paired up to call "Company Breakers" just like the movie jodi breakers. Since the time the CEO's (the director madam) wife joined nothing is going right and paired up with her the COO keeps ruining everything with his attitude thinks of everyone inferior to him does not know how to talk. They are so below in thinking that they think the ex-employees of the company are the reason people are leaving when they are the main problem. Being an employee I can tell that I think anyone will instead stare at a wall than spend time writing about your useless company.

very bad COO. India firm is going through hell because of him. CEO should listen to India employees and make COO Leave the company. Unless that is done Securdi would not be a good company. CEO is a great person. But COO should be removed immediately. Because of COO culture is becoming worse to worst.

Opportunities to learn and move to Cybersecurity. If you learn and certify quickly , you can get into consulting and work on complex projects early in career. Work from home option and also option for hybrid. Great leadership and managers.

Not many opportunities to connect offline unless you move to hyderabad.
