In work environment is excellent comming to my team is very close they will help others but they paid less salaries.

Dislikes

Company growth is good . but the work pressure is very high, less employees in support , some times I have to work 14 to 16 hours in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes lateinto the night. even some times we have to work in sudays also , they paid less salaries.they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisais ,Also , there is no on-job training for freshes, Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
