1) We can easily mingle with our boss, if i want to learn something from my boss they will teach me.., it's a new thing when compared to another company. 2)They won't force to do a work, they will just approach for a work. 3)Now i am working as a trainee in SQA(Incoming Quality) it's a good opportunity for me, because i am already working in a production area in various company..., in that area i didn't learn anything.., but in SECO KOMOS i learn manything.

1) They won't give a good salary 2)They won't provide a uniform(management thing this is cost saving)

First of all I felt pleasure to work at there as a quality inspector. Because there is good work environment and quality team leads and very supported me.I learned about the process from material receiving to product dispatched.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Quality executive team leader handled day by day Problem analyse and solve related field work experience. Work environment keep best following Kaizen and 5S rules. Company new by new models yearly implement to growth of organisations technology's level knowledge increased in futures.

Company job is not Possible Permanent in future. Salary package is not comfortable.

Pls encourage good persons ,will excellent culture create challenging persons ,Expect management support .Management supporting time all comes good .Some persons have good knowledge but management don't know that persons that kind person involve together join our Kai will be achieve more and growing our company level and more business opportunities will be increase .

The company gets Lots of upcoming projects bidding it's such a well defined growth for people here.

Kind of politics runion here it's work pressure is very huge that to development team non of the department support nearly 14-18 hours stretch work will be there, but growth is dead slow.
