The primary reason to work here is Job Security and its work culture. there was not a single firing and salary deduction / late salary during the covid-19 pandemic time. Seclore work culture is just like a happy home culture. Flexi time / WFH and WFO opportunity.

- The best thing that I like about working at Seclore is the team that I work with. I look forward to new opportunities and challenges with the team as there is always something new to learn and add up to my skillset. - People here are easy to go which created an open culture and a positive environment - I see a vision in all the leaders - My manager and function head are quite knowledgeable of the industry and current market trends which makes it easy for me to communicate my ideas and thought process

Non restraining culture, free and casual environment, good people and difficult problems to solve

Promotion given based on maximising employee retention not on merit. No matter how much you work the difference between highest and lowest slabs wont be more than 5%

Work load is worst and being an IT firm too much manual job ...#gadhhamajuri but in selected departments, best for engineers and IT people and marketing as well.

There is no hirearchy, so if you have issues with the tenured seniors, you will not survive because they practice 0 policies. They are expert in laying people off.
