Society is trying their level best to protect the people from Covid19. Now everyone is respecting security staff and listening to them. Now they have installed sanitizing system on the gate and entry of the outsider is totally stopped.

Dislikes

There is no security of job. Behavior of the few people are quite objectionable. No provident fund, insurance and medical coverage to the staff.

Likes

Even though it is a Limited Company, it is more or less same as a Cooperative housing society. Here the productive work suffers badly due to politics between the Directors and few residents who tries to scuttle all good moves initiated by the committee.No Chief Estates Manager in the past was comfortable working in this organization. Frequent changes in short span of time tells the tales. Otherwise it is a good place to work.
