Few colleagues and management were quite supportive and friendly specially when it comes to answering queries related to the job, and yes the good reviews I've got from my clients on the company website and WhatsApp chats were satisfying. In terms of domestic packages, the cab persons they maintain and keep are extremely professional and friendly, something which even my clients couldn't help but appreciate. The resorts and hotels they provide are all good and they are quick to sort out all client issues both before and during the travel. Kudos to that!

Dislikes

...in sales will struggle working here. There are cases where 2 or maybe more consultants go after one single client resulting in losing a booking which is then taken away by other consultant if client books with them and that's a bit disappointing specially because we work with a target here. This happened with others and myself and because people were reluctant to book packages during the pandemic meeting the target wasn't easy and could only be done gradually, I naturally felt dissatisfied with my performance in the beginning itself and decided to quit even before I was asked to do so. Nevertheless, I got good reviews from my clients and I'm happy to know people enjoyed their vacations and travels after booking through me.

Likes

My overall experience with seasonzindia holidays was simply amazing. Here all of the office members, team mates was moving friendly manner and treat me as great manner. It is the perfect place to enhance the knowledge and there by increasing the organization growth.

Dislikes

Some times the work load will be high especially in the peak season and all of the employees has to strain too much. Sometimes target margins also affected mental stress to us due to rushing.

Likes

The experience that I got from the company helped a lot. The working atmosphere of the company is great. People who are really interested to work with travel and Tourism industry - Seasonz India is a good option.

Dislikes

I will give 5 star rating for the inbound and Domestic Tour operations. But in case of outbound it's not up to the mark.
